Wow! My life has been a series of near misses so far. I was a street dog so not only were there lots of near misses with cars, coyotes, and other hazards, I also missed out on the warmth of family love.

But, then, yay! I came into rescue and was tagged by Brown Paws Rescue to come North but I needed a foster to sign up for me. I didn't get picked by a foster, didn't get picked by a foster, didn't get picked. And then, basically last minute, I was chosen by a foster and I made the transport!

I would like to be done with near misses, so I need someone to fall in love with me and claim me as their own. This is what you get with me: a two-year-old terrier mix with lots of fun energy, big smiles, huge affection, and weirdly short legs on a long body. If you take me for a walk, you are going to get noticed because I'm pretty unique looking.

I am spayed, up to date on shots. I get along well with other dogs and humans. I love the outdoors so if you don't have a fenced yard, please keep me safe until I know where I belong forever. In Texas, I had a doggy door. Here in WI, I have to wait to be let out. I'm going to be honest; I have missed a time or two but I'm trying super hard to get it right.
