Meet Scruff! This adorable 9-year-old terrier mix is a tiny 8 pounds of sweetness. He’s neutered and gets along with everyone he meets, including other dogs and cats.

Scruff is blind, but he has plenty of love to give. He’ll need prescription c/d food for life, so his adopter should be ready to keep him on that diet. If you have room in your heart for a very sweet little deserving senior guy, Scruff would love to meet you!
