Meet Penny!
Hi, my name is Penny, and I weigh just about 9 pounds! I’m between 4 and 5 years old, and I promise I’m every bit as sweet as I am cute!
I’m a very ladylike little girl with a gentle, submissive personality. I can be a little shy at first, but when you talk sweetly to me, I can’t help but bow my little head and roll right over on my back! It’s just my way of showing you what a sweet, gentle soul I am.
I get along wonderfully with all the other dogs and am always very respectful of them. I never start any trouble, and I really don’t ask for much. I just want a peaceful place to call my own and someone to love me.
You see, I wasn’t always so lucky. I was abandoned in a house with a bunch of other dogs, surrounded by garbage. It wasn’t a very nice place for a little girl like me to live.
But now I’m at Tracy’s Paws Rescue, and I couldn’t be happier! I have a clean, comfortable place to sleep, plenty of good food, and wonderful people who give me gentle scratches on my head and remind me that I’m loved.
Now all I’m missing is a family of my very own. I promise to be a sweet, quiet little companion who will be so grateful for the simple things in life.
And if you’d like to see more videos of me, Tracy has plenty! Just ask!
