Gidget (In Foster) - Terrier Dog Available for Adoption in Elmwood, Louisiana

Gidget is a playful, gentle 22 week old girl with a seter weand more sensitive nature. While she can be a bit shy and quiet at first, her whole body lights up with excitement when she receives love and attention -- especially her wildly wagging tail and wiggly backside. She's very smart and quick to learn commands, and she loves spending time playing in the yard. In new or unfamiliar situations, her anxiety or uncertainty can show, but with patience, reassurance, and affection, she gradually relaxes and feels safe. Once comfortable, her loving and playful personality truly shines.________________________________________________

**Note: Our shelter is open by scheduled appointment only after your application is approved. One of ARNO's volunteer adoption counselors will be in contact with you to notify you of your approval status as well as arrange that appointment. Please see the link above to apply.

Adoption Fees:

Dogs:

Puppies under 1 year - $300-$350
Adult dogs (1 - 7 years) - $250
Seniors (8 years and older) - $200
Bulldogs, Standard Poodles and Dachshunds $350


Cats:

Adults (1 year and older) - 1 for $125 / 2 for $200
Kittens (under 1 year) - 1 for $175 / 2 for $225

For all animals that have not been spayed or neutered a $100 deposit will be required in addition to the adoption fee. The deposit is refundable upon completion of the spay / neuter surgery.
