Reed - Terrier and Border Collie Dog for Adoption in Ellicott City, Maryland

Reed is a sweet, gentle puppy who may be a little shy at first, but his curious personality quickly begins to shine. Once he feels comfortable, he'll happily follow you around and investigate everything youre doing.

He gets along well with other dogs, including his sister. Like typical siblings, they sometimes wrestle, but tail is always wagging. He is also a very good boy for nail trims! He is still working on potty training and will need a patient family to help him continue learning. With kindness, consistency, and plenty of love, Reed is sure to become a loyal shadow and a wonderful companion.

The R litter came to us from our partner shelter in Texas.

THIS dog is NOT in the shelter. For puppies in foster care, you MUST submit an application via EMAIL to smpetfinder@gmail.com. Please note in the email subject which puppy you are interested in.

The more information you provide, the faster the process is for all of us. Once you are approved to adopt, we will schedule an appointment to see the puppy in person and you will adopt and take it home that day.

Due to the (usual) speed and ease of our adoption process, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT RIGHT NOW. If you are not ready to adopt within the next couple of days, we totally understand - just wait to apply until you are ready.

Adoption Fees:

Before our dogs are available for adoption, they will always be spayed/neutered, vaccinated (Distemper, Parvovirus, Bordetella, Rabies as much as age-appropriate), stool sample checked for parasites, and dewormed.

Adoption fee for our dogs is $375, $40 for a microchip and registration and $25 for a 3 month supply of heartworm preventative, for a TOTAL of $440.
