Lacey is an 18-month-old, 12-pound sweetheart with a heart just waiting to feel safe again. She’s spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped—completely ready to start her new life… she just needs someone to believe in her.

Lacey was found dumped alongside five other dogs, and while she doesn’t understand why her world was turned upside down, she’s still holding onto hope. Sadly, her fur was so severely matted that she had to be shaved—but don’t worry, it will grow back beautifully. For now, she might look a little different, but underneath it all is an absolutely precious girl who deserves to feel comfortable and cared for.

Right now, the shelter is a scary place for her. She’s a little timid, a little unsure—but underneath that is the gentlest, sweetest soul who just wants to be loved.
