Good with dogs? Yes, she loves all the dogs she lives with. She is learning to greet dogs on leash.
Good with cats? Yes, she is very respectful of the cats in her foster home.
Good with kids? Yes, she does well with children.
Energy level: Low. She loves to go on long walks in the morning, then shorter walks throughout the day. She is also happy lounging at home.
Animal Characteristics: Piper is a sweet, friendly low energy dog. She loves meeting new people and may bark with excitement at first, then calms down fairly quickly. She does not bark in her home, even with other dogs do. She’s busy learning commands and is very food motivated, which is great for training! Piper likes to be with her doggie siblings when she rides in a car. She is potty trained and prefers walks over going in the yard. She does not need to be crated since she’s such a good girl. Like all young dogs, she’ll benefit from continued socialization and training. Piper is ready for her loving forever home!
