Loki - Terrier and Shih Tzu Dog for Adoption in Dallas, Texas

We were picking up another rescue dog at the shelter and they brought out Niko. He was matted badly and we brought him in. He is now with a foster and doing well. He takes a few seconds to warm up but otherwise a sweetheart. He did not come from a good place. His eyes were matted almost shut and he was filthy. We don't know for sure if this is correct but he might be best with older children instead of toddlers. Somene is going to get a sweet one when he is adopted.
