DESCRIPTION

Meet Carly! She is beautiful. She has two blue eyes to gaze at her owner! Her Mom passed away and she needs a new home! She is 6 years old and weighs 60 lbs. She is completely housebroke. Carly is a bit shy but not aggressive in any sort. She sizes up new people in her world but if you offer her a treat she is your new best friend! That's how long it takes. It doesn't take her long to warm up. She will do a bit of "talking" to you, asking for belly rubs. She will wit, smile, climb in your lap and lick your face off. She is incredibly sweet. She is affectionate and playful and full of personality. She has long legs and goodf energy. On nice days she loves being out in the backyard for a bit, watching for rabbits and squirrels, then coming inside to chew her bones and nap. She needs exercise and loves a good walk. She lives with another dog (a 30 lb Schnauzer-Poodle mix) and is her best friend, and she's submissive and playful with him. Earlier on, a family was interested in adopting her, and after about 15 minutes of meeting their dog on a walk, she happily jumped in their car and went home with them — no issues, good energy. So she can absolutely live with another dog; it just takes a thoughtful intro, Yes.With children she is shy at first, but good with them, and once she knows them she'll give them major kisses. She lives with two teenagers now.

Her ideal home? Someone who loves dogs and has had one before understanding they need love, care and attention. Taking her on walks and she needs a yard to beable to explore.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
