Meet Vera!

Vera may still be a puppy, but she already has a big smile and an even bigger heart! She’s a happy, social, goofy girl who loves making friends—especially with other dogs. She would absolutely thrive in a home with a playful canine companion.

Vera is wonderfully dog-friendly and naturally respectful. When another dog sets a boundary, she listens right away and moves on. She’s affectionate with people, too, although she may take a little time to warm up in new situations. Once she’s comfortable, her full goofy, loving personality comes shining through!

She enjoys walks and has the typical enthusiasm and energy of a young dog, so she can get a little excited on leash. She’ll benefit from continued training as she grows, but she’s already proving to be a fantastic foster pup. Vera is crate trained, nearly house trained, and non-destructive in the home.

When she’s not busy playing or exploring, Vera is perfectly happy with a good chew bone, a silly puppy nap, or simply hanging out near her people.
