Meet Pixie! At 2 months old and 9 pounds, this American Heeler/Cattle Dog girl is a little bundle of puppy magic-with tiny teeth and absolutely no respect for your shoelaces!

Pixie was born to a stray mama in the dirt, but her story took a happy turn when she, her mom, and her siblings entered foster care at just 10 days old. Since then, she's known nothing but love, care, and plenty of cuddles. She's a social, happy little girl who has been held and adored while preparing for her most important job: becoming someone's best friend.

Mom weighs about 40 pounds. Dad flew the coop before submitting his family history, so Pixie's grown-up size is our best guess!

As a smart, busy cattle dog puppy, Pixie will need a family ready for playtime, gentle training, and activities that give her brain something to do besides inventing household projects. Think "learning to sit" before "reorganizing your shoes."

She's still a baby, so potty training, leash walking, and learning what she can chew are all on her to-do list. Expect accidents, puppy nibbles, zoomies, and naps so deep you'll wonder how someone who did so little can be so exhausted. With patience, positive reinforcement, safe socialization, and a consistent routine, she'll have a wonderful foundation for growing into a great companion.
