Toby is a sweet, affectionate young dog who's settling beautifully into home life. He's been sleeping through the night, is healthy, and gets along well with everyone he's met so far-including other dogs and older kids.

He can be a little unsure with new things, but he warms up quickly and shows his true, loving personality. Toby is playful and fun (he loves fetch and chew toys), but also happy to cuddle or follow his person from room to room. He already knows "come" and "no" and is eager to learn-he's a very trainable boy.

Toby is still working on potty training and making good progress. He does well in his crate and settles after a short time, though he would prefer a home where someone is around much of the day, as he bonds closely with his people.

He has shown curiosity toward cats and will need slow, thoughtful introductions.

Toby is a wonderful mix of playful and cuddly and will thrive in a home ready to continue his training and give him plenty of companionship.
