DESCRIPTION
Remus is a 3.5-month-old Terrier mix who weighs 27 pounds. This outgoing, happy-go-lucky boy is always ready to greet you with a wagging tail and a curious spirit. He’s already off to a great start and knows how to sit, showing just how eager he is to learn and please his people. Remus is dog friendly and would enjoy having a canine companion, but he’d also be perfectly content soaking up all the attention as your one and only.
Like any young puppy, Remus is still learning the ropes. He’s doing really well with going potty outside on a consistent schedule and will need continued guidance as he masters house training and basic manners. He should do well with kids of all ages, but as a growing pup, he may accidentally knock over a tiny tot during playtime.
Remus is looking for a family ready to embrace all the fun, energy, and learning that comes with puppyhood. With continued structure, training, and lots of love, he’s sure to grow into an amazing companion. His minimum adoption fee is $325 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The terrier is a spirited and intelligent dog breed known for its feisty personality and boundless energy. Terriers come in various sizes and coat types, but they all share a common heritage as fearless and determined hunters. These dogs are typically highly trainable, making them versatile companions for active individuals and families alike. With their loyalty and playful demeanor, terriers are beloved for their endless enthusiasm and affectionate nature.
