Meet Cricket !

Cricket is a 1-2 year old wire-haired terrier weighing in at just 14 pounds of pure charm. This little guy came to us from animal control, so his past is a bit of a mystery-but what we do know is that he's incredibly sweet, cuddly, and just looking for someone to love.

When you first meet Cricket , he can be a little shy. Give him a bit of time and patience, though, and you'll quickly see his affectionate side shine. Once he feels safe, he loves to snuggle and will happily become your little shadow.

Cricket has been through quite a journey. He arrived with a severe leg injury that required amputation of his back left leg. But don't let that fool you-this resilient boy doesn't let anything slow him down! He's adjusting beautifully and is ready to take on the world with his future family by his side.

Cricket is also a social little guy-he loves cats and does well with other dogs , making him a great addition to a multi-pet home.

With his mostly white coat and adorable cream-colored spots, Cricket is as cute as he is brave. All he needs now is a loving home where he can continue to build confidence and share all the love he has to give.
