DESCRIPTION
Percy's journey with us started with a completely fresh start - literally! When he first arrived as a stray, his fur was heavily matted and needed to be fully shaved. Now that he is feeling light, comfortable and weightless, his true personality is beginning to shine through. He is leaving his rough start behind and is ready to begin his next chapter.
Percy is a quiet, thoughtful soul who takes a little time to warm up to new faces. The world can be a bit overwhelming for him right now, so he's looking for a patient, loving home that can give him the time and space he needs to blossom.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The Standard Poodle, known for its intelligence, elegance, and hypoallergenic coat, is a versatile and athletic breed that excels in various canine activities. With a proud demeanor and an affectionate nature, Standard Poodles make excellent family companions and therapy dogs. Their hypoallergenic coat requires regular grooming to prevent matting and keep them looking their best. This breed thrives on mental stimulation and physical exercise, making them excellent partners for active individuals or families.
