Marigold and Margaux are 3-year-old Standard Poodle sisters who have spent their lives together. They are a bonded pair and are being placed **together, not separately**. Their personalities complement each other beautifully: Marigold is the outgoing, energetic, goofy sister, while Margaux is sweeter and more reserved. Both are social with other dogs, active, and accustomed to sharing their home and daily life with one another.
We are looking for a home prepared to welcome **both girls as a family** and continue giving them the exercise, structure, companionship, grooming, and enrichment that two young Standard Poodles need.

Meet **Marigold**, a beautiful 3-year-old black Standard Poodle weighing approximately 55 pounds. Marigold is the outgoing, goofy, high-energy half of this bonded sister team. She is friendly, social, playful, and generally ready for whatever adventure you have in mind.
Marigold loves **fetch, walks, running in the backyard, daycare, toys, sticks, and playing with other dogs**. She has lived with her Standard Poodle sister, Margaux, and two Doodle sisters for the past three years, so sharing her life with other dogs is completely normal for her.
She has completed basic obedience training that included an **e-collar**. Her new family should be prepared to continue her training and give this intelligent, energetic girl plenty of physical exercise and mental enrichment.
Marigold isn't a dog who needs to be cuddled all day. She likes doing things! But when she decides it's time for affection, look out—she is perfectly capable of smothering you with love. **Belly and neck scratches are always welcome.**
Marigold is reported to be **good with children and other dogs**. She has never lived with cats, so her behavior with cats is unknown. She has chased birds at daycare, which should be considered when evaluating a home with smaller animals.
She is spayed and her vaccinations are reported current. She is accustomed to regular grooming, does well for grooming and tooth brushing, although cleaning around her eyes isn't exactly her favorite activity.
Marigold currently eats **1 1/2 cups of Blue Buffalo dry food twice daily**, morning and evening.
