Meet your new best friend Kona! This fabulous 5 1/2 year old soon to be spayed Standard Poodle x Bernese Mountain Dog (Standard Bernedoodle), is looking for her furever home. Kona is a very sweet dog with a great personality. While she is timid of new things and people she does warm up with time. She's looking for a family that loves naps on the couch and taking long strolls. Kona does require regular grooming to make sure her coat stays nice and tangle free. This gal is also good with dogs, cats, and kids! She will need to meet any dog in the home to make sure it's a great match. Come and meet Kona during our open hours!



Must be an inside pet, we do NOT adopt to be outdoors.

Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our Adorable Adoptables from the Auglaize County Humane Society. We have a process for adopting, 1. fill out the application, 2. give us 3-5 days to go over information. 3. Once completed, if/when you are approved, we will call and set up an appointment time with you.

The adoption fee includes all initial vaccines, spay/neuter surgery, and a deworming. We are a BEST MATCH facility. We try to match the pet’s personality and needs with the family’s needs and lifestyle to increase the likelihood of a lifetime happy relationship for the whole family. The online application we provide on our website, achs-pets.com, is a preliminary application. We will check the veterinary information of the applicant’s other current animals as well as any past animals they have had in the last 7 years. We also get the landlord permission to have pets if the applicant is a renter. Once we have done this, we will call if everything seems sufficient.
