Meet our shining star Millie! Millie came in with her sister Daisy and Mama Minnie in late April. Millie is such a sweet and playful girl, she's your typical kitten!

Mama Minnie did test positive for FIV which means her daughters could possibly be positive, they cannot be tested till 6 months of age due to antibodies from mama. FIV weakens the immune system and only spreads in utero or by deep bites wounds. FIV+ cats can live safely with negative cats, if everyone is docile.

Must be an inside pet, we do NOT adopt to be outdoors.

Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our Adorable Adoptables from the Auglaize County Humane Society. We have a process for adopting, 1. fill out the application, 2. give us 3-5 days to go over information. 3. Once completed, if/when you are approved, we will call and set up an appointment time with you.

The adoption fee includes all initial vaccines, spay/neuter surgery, and a deworming. We are a BEST MATCH facility. We try to match the pet’s personality and needs with the family’s needs and lifestyle to increase the likelihood of a lifetime happy relationship for the whole family. The online application we provide on our website, achs-pets.com, is a preliminary application. We will check the veterinary information of the applicant’s other current animals as well as any past animals they have had in the last 7 years. We also get the landlord permission to have pets if the applicant is a renter. Once we have done this, we will call if everything seems sufficient.
