Clover is an 11-month-old Smooth Collie/Sheltie mix who simply wants to love and be loved.

At approximately 45 pounds, she's the perfect combination of playful adventure buddy and affectionate cuddle bug. Whether she's running around the yard with her foster friends or curled up beside you on the couch, Clover is happiest simply being with her people. Gentle, eager to please, and incredibly smart, she's the kind of dog who quickly becomes part of the family.

One of Clover's most lovable qualities is how eager she is to make people happy. She's gentle, incredibly sweet, and loves learning. She already knows "sit" and "paw" and is always excited to learn something new—especially if treats are involved! She's smart, attentive, and picks up routines quickly, making her an absolute joy to have around.

Clover has settled beautifully into foster care. She's fully house trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on leash, only needing the occasional gentle reminder to stay by your side. She absolutely loves going for car rides and has done wonderfully visiting pet stores and local parks. She's the kind of dog who genuinely enjoys being included in everyday life.

Clover is wonderful with other dogs and has been living happily with two large Labs and a Chihuahua. She enjoys playing with her foster siblings but is naturally polite and tends to approach new dogs in a respectful, submissive way. She's also done well with cats, showing curiosity but responding easily to redirection. Even better, she's been fantastic with children and has met kids as young as four years old.

When playtime is over, Clover transforms into a champion snuggler. She loves curling up beside her people, quietly playing with her toys on her bed, or simply soaking up affection. One of her foster family's favourite things is how she loves being held like she's still a tiny puppy. And if she gets too warm? Expect a dramatic flop onto the floor accompanied by the cutest little grunt you've ever heard.

Clover's Ideal Home
- An active family or couple who enjoys including their dog in everyday adventures
- A securely fenced yard where she can safely run and play
- Someone who enjoys walks, outings, and continuing her training
- Another friendly dog would be wonderful, but it's not required—Clover will happily bond closely with her people

Clover truly is one of those special dogs who seems happy wherever her people are. She doesn't ask for much—just a family to love, adventures to share, and a cozy spot beside you at the end of the day.
