Ingrid (Benefactor Dog) - Silky Terrier Dog for Adoption in New Orleans, Louisiana

INGRID (BENEFACTOR DOG)

Silky Terrier
🇺🇸
New Orleans, Louisiana
October 3rd
female, small, adult

DESCRIPTION

Meet Ingrid
2.5 years old 7 lbs Professional Lap-Sized Sweetheart

Ingrid may only weigh 7 pounds, but this tiny girl has already had quite the adventure.

She was found running the streets alone until a kind human spotted her and decided that was absolutely NOT where this little lady belonged. Now Ingrid is safe, loved, and getting her first taste of the good life while she waits for her forever family.

And Ingrid? She is sweet, sweet, sweet.

She loves people, is friendly with kids, and gets along well with other dogs. Her foster home also has two cats, and Ingrid has decided they are excellent potential playmates. She may chase them around hoping to start a game, but it's all friendly fun.

She even knows a few basic commands, so there's already a smart little cookie hiding inside that tiny package.

Ingrid is still working on her house manners and does have some accidents indoors, so her new family will need to be patient and consistent while she gets the hang of things. She hasn't been crated in her current home, so crate training would also be something new for her.

What she lacks in polished manners, she more than makes up for in sweetness. Ingrid is an affectionate little girl who just needed someone to scoop her off the streets and show her that life can be safe, cozy, and full of love.

Now she just needs the final piece: a family of her very own.

If you have room in your home for seven pounds of sweetness, Ingrid would very much like to apply for the position.
