Kona is a stunning 1.5-year-old girl with striking features you won’t forget—those piercing eyes and her beautiful husky markings turn heads everywhere she goes. But it’s her personality that really makes her special.

She’s an active, curious dog who loves being outside, exploring, and taking in everything around her. Kona would thrive with someone who enjoys walks, hikes, or just being out in the yard with a dog who wants to be part of it all. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Pep's Pals Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc.).
Our adoption fee is $350 plus health certificate ($50) and transport ($200 for most locations). This adoption fee includes all current basic vaccinations, deworming, microchip (with lifetime registration), and a heartworm test. Spay may not be done for a puppy yet due to age. All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a health certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport.
