DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Harmony — a darling little Shih Tzu who was rescued alongside her siblings, Melody and Major, when their elderly owner could no longer care for them. Harmony is now searching for a forever home where she can feel safe, loved, and cherished once again.
This resilient girl has remained incredibly friendly and trusting. She has an easygoing nature and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She would fit beautifully into a home with canine companions or as a beloved solo pup. She also appears to be housebroken, which should make the transition to a new place even smoother.

Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.

Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
