Meet Oliver!
Oliver is a very, very sweet 10-month-old boy who is ready to discover all the wonderful things life has to offer!
Oliver has perfect potty manners and is quick about taking care of business. He’s a cuddly little guy who loves being close to his people and would happily sleep right beside you at night. He also loves his toys, enjoys playing, and is very motivated by food—he even sits nicely for treats!
Oliver lived a quiet life before coming into foster care, so he can be a little wary when meeting new people and other dogs. But he is making wonderful progress! His curiosity is winning out over his cautious nature, and he is becoming braver every day. This week, he even had a great time playing chase outside with his foster sister. Watching him come out of his shell has been so rewarding.
He walks well on a leash and is learning that the world is a pretty exciting place. Oliver would love a patient, loving family who will give him a little time to build confidence and then enjoy watching his sweet personality blossom.
A friendly furry sibling would be a wonderful addition to Oliver’s forever home. He seems to really enjoy having another dog around once he feels comfortable.
If you’re looking for a sweet, cuddly young companion who will adore his people and make you smile as he discovers his confidence, Oliver might be your boy!

[NOTE: We are a rescue NOT a shelter, meaning WE DO NOT HAVE A FACILITY THAT OPENS TO THE PUBLIC. Typically, an application and home visit (both of which are required for adoption) MUST be completed, BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets, in order to first determine that our basic adoption requirements are met, prior to introductions being made. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dog's age.
