This sweet, tiny, sweet and sassy little Shih Tzu girl is just 8 pounds and maybe 3 years old. She's super people friendly and great with Gilbert, another Shih Tzu that she came in with. Tootsie was found extensively matted and neglected, An animal control officer took them to the shelter, the shelter kept them safe, and our friends at Kern Project helped get the dogs vetted, groomed and safely to Dogwood. Tootsie will be available after spay/vetting.
