Snickers - Shih Tzu and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Jefferson, Louisiana

Snickers and Lambchop are looking for a loving home to spend their senior years together. Unfortunately, these two sweet boys lost their mom and the family was unable to care for them. Their mom made sure they were well cared for and it shows by their loving nature. Both boys are up to date on all vaccines, neutered, microchipped and both boys tested negative for heartworms and are up to date on heartworm and flea prevention.

Snickers is a loving and gentle boy who is sure to be a wonderful companion. He is affectionate and friendly, always ready to greet you with a kiss and a wagging tail. Snickers is a dignified dog with a calm and quiet nature, and his loyalty knows no bounds — especially when it comes to his brother. They have an unbreakable bond, and Snickers would love to find a home where they can stay together and continue to support each other. Snickers is a sweet soul who is sure to bring joy and love into your life.

If you'd like to meet me, stop by Jefferson Feed (corner of Jefferson Hwy. and Central Ave.). We kindly ask that visits be made earlier in the day, as the last hour before closing is reserved for medications and end-of-day care.

Adoption fee includes vaccines, spay/neuter surgery, microchip and a heartworm test. Any dog that tests positive for heartworms can be treated through our Fix-A-Heart Program. Adopter has to buy a year supply of heartworm prevention before treatment begins.
