Daisy Grace - Shih Tzu Dog for Adoption in Houston, Texas

Meet Daisy Grace
Introducing Daisy Grace, a beautiful 3-year-old girl weighing 11 pounds. Daisy is a gentle, tender-hearted soul who may be a little shy when you first meet her, but underneath that quiet exterior is a sweet girl just waiting to feel safe and loved.
Daisy came to us as an owner surrender after her family realized they no longer had the time to care for her. While that change has been a lot for this sensitive girl, we know her happily-ever-after is still out there.
Daisy will need a patient family who understands that trust takes time. Once she feels safe and secure, she has so much love to give. She would do best in a calm home where she can settle in at her own pace and learn that she is finally home.
Because Daisy is very shy and a significant flight risk, her adopters will need to be extremely careful and committed to keeping her safe. A secure environment, careful handling, and extra precautions when opening doors or going outside will be essential.
Daisy would do best in a quiet, adult-only home. Older, gentle children may be considered if they understand that Daisy needs patience and respect for her space.
She may not be the girl who runs up to you and demands attention on day one. She's the girl who will slowly learn to trust you, quietly crawl into your lap, and eventually show you just how much love she has been holding in her heart.
Daisy Grace deserves a family who will be patient with her, protect her, and never give up on her. If you're willing to give this beautiful girl the time she needs, Daisy may just become your most precious companion.
