Hey, it’s me, Bunny. 🐾
God… that feels good to say. To have a name.

That picture on the left…
can you believe that used to be me? mmm… mmm… mmm…(smh)

To say I felt invisible… is an understatement.

I was matted, shut down, and so scared of the world—especially people.
I didn’t know what love felt like…

And let’s just say…
the way I was cared for before?
mm-mm… we’re not doing that again. 🙅‍♀️

As if my coat wasn’t bad enough, I was carrying around a large mammary gland tumor.
(Thankfully, it wasn’t attached to my chest wall—talk about a blessing. 🙏)

My teeth?
Most of them were gone… lost to severe dental disease.

Not exactly the kind of care a little girl like me deserved.

But don’t worry—
I’m not here to dwell on that.

Because everything changed. 💕

Look at me now.
A Shih Tzu girl who finally got her chance to be seen…
to be cared for…
to be loved.

Now don’t get it twisted—this glow-up took time.

It took weeks before I felt brave enough to even step out of my crate in my foster home.
People were the scariest part of my world… and learning to trust them again? That didn’t happen overnight.

But somewhere along the way…
I realized I was finally safe.

And now?
Oh… now you’ll see it ✨
That little sparkle in my eyes…
That soft, hopeful heart…

And this need to be close to someone who loves me.

Because for a girl who went so long without affection…
I’ve got a whole lifetime of love to make up for. 🥹

And just so you know—
I eat just fine (even without many teeth 😉)
and I don’t let any of my past slow me down.

I don’t just want a home—
I want my person.

Someone patient. Someone kind. Someone who understands that love, for me, was something I had to learn.
