Meet Roxanne! This precious 15 year old shih tzu was surrendered to us with two others through no fault of their own, and it appears they may have been used for breeding. These sweethearts are shy, but open up fast and really lean on other dogs for confidence. They are smart, mellow, and loving, but lack the knowledge and socialization needed to truly thrive. Roxanne is a senior girly with a lot of life left in her! So far she appears healthy, and will be evaluated by a vet to ensure she does not have age related complications. With time, patience, and lots of love, these babies will blossom into the happy, silly babies they were always meant to be!
