Meet Dante: Professional Chancleta Thief

Hi! I'm Dante, and apparently I'm still learning the difference between "dog toys" and "literally everything else in the house."

I'm a cute, playful little guy who loves being around my people. Once I settle in, I'm happy just hanging out next to you. I sleep really well through the night, and I've done great in a pen, so my foster thinks I'd do well sleeping in a crate too.

Now, I do have a few hobbies I should probably disclose before you fall completely in love with me. I enjoy chewing on potty pads, paper towels, plastic bags you know, the finer things in life. And recently, I discovered chancletas. My foster says I'm "stealing" them. I prefer to call it collecting.

I also LOVE ice cubes. Forget the expensive treats, just open the freezer and I'll be there.

I'm living with another dog right now, and we're learning each other and getting along better and better. I'm playful, silly, and still figuring out all the house rules. Potty training? Umm we're working on it. I may have already earned myself a timeout or two. Nobody's perfect!

I have plenty of puppy-ish personality left in me. I'm looking for a family who understands that I'm still learning and will give me some structure, patience, and lots of appropriate things to chew.
