Stormy - Shih Tzu and Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Closter, New Jersey

Stormy is an adorable 4-year-old Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix weighing about 10 pounds. This happy little girl is as sweet as she is silly. She's playful, affectionate, and full of personality.

Stormy loves people and does well with other dogs. She's a friendly, happy little pup who loves having fun and being around her people. She was surrendered by her owners when they weren't able to bring her into their new living arrangement. Now she's ready for a fresh start and a family to call her own.

Stormy is vaccinated and will be spayed while in our care. If you're looking for a sweet, silly, playful little companion, Stormy may be your girl!

ADOPTION PROCESS:

1. You must begin our adoption process by applying to adopt on clawsadopt.org. Please do NOT inquire via Petfinder, social media messengers or in our comments. We will only be looking at applications!

2. Please make sure you fill out our adoption application COMPLETELY. We may not be able to respond to applications that are not completely filled out with the proper information. Side note: on our applications, the more details you provide = the better.

3. We prefer applicants live within 60 miles of Closter, NJ. (Applicants who live farther away may still apply. However, please note we do prioritize local applications as we try our best to serve our local community first.)

4. Please respect our organization, our volunteers and our process. As a reminder, our organization is a nonprofit. We receive no money from the state. We have no paid employees! This is a polite reminder that we are doing our best to make the right decisions for the animals in our care. Thank you.
