Kiara - Shih Tzu and Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Closter, New Jersey

Kiara is a beautiful 5-year-old Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix weighing about 12 pounds. This little girl is incredibly sweet, happy, and happiest when she's right by her person's side.

Kiara has such a gentle, loving way about her. One of her favorite things to do is simply sit with you and look up at you with those big, sweet eyes. She's a wonderful little companion who just wants someone to love and be close to. She also does well with other dogs.

Kiara is vaccinated and will be spayed while in our care. If you're looking for a sweet, devoted little companion who will absolutely adore you, Kiara may be your girl!

ADOPTION PROCESS:

1. You must begin our adoption process by applying to adopt on clawsadopt.org. Please do NOT inquire via Petfinder, social media messengers or in our comments. We will only be looking at applications!

2. Please make sure you fill out our adoption application COMPLETELY. We may not be able to respond to applications that are not completely filled out with the proper information. Side note: on our applications, the more details you provide = the better.

3. We prefer applicants live within 60 miles of Closter, NJ. (Applicants who live farther away may still apply. However, please note we do prioritize local applications as we try our best to serve our local community first.)

4. Please respect our organization, our volunteers and our process. As a reminder, our organization is a nonprofit. We receive no money from the state. We have no paid employees! This is a polite reminder that we are doing our best to make the right decisions for the animals in our care. Thank you.
