If you're looking for a dog who believes there is no such thing as too much love, Vaeda is ready to make your heart her forever home.

Vaeda is an incredibly affectionate, people-loving girl who wants nothing more than to be close to her family. Whether she's curled up beside you on the couch, following you from room to room, or snuggled up in bed at night, she's happiest when she's sharing life with the people she loves. And don't be surprised if she sneaks in a few sweet kisses just to remind you how much she adores you.

She's the perfect mix of calm companion and playful best friend. Vaeda enjoys relaxing with her family just as much as she enjoys exploring the yard, splashing around in a kiddie pool on a warm summer day, or showing off for a tasty treat. She's both food and praise motivated, making her a joy to continue training and bond with.

Vaeda is house trained, kennel trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. She genuinely enjoys her kennel and happily relaxes there while you're away, especially if she can leave the door open and come and go when everyone's home.

One of Vaeda's funniest little quirks is that she loves to "talk." If you've ever wanted a dog who will happily carry on a conversation with you, she's your girl. She always seems to have something to say, and her adorable chatter is guaranteed to make you smile.

Vaeda absolutely loves other dogs, especially those around her size or a little larger who match her relaxed energy. And then there's Rex...her very favorite companion. These two share a special bond, and while Vaeda can certainly make new friends, we'd love nothing more than to see her and Rex find a home together.

Because Vaeda has a prey drive, she's looking for a home without cats or other small animals. She'd also be happiest in a quieter home without a lot of constant activity. A securely fenced yard is ideal so she can safely enjoy her favorite pastime of lounging outside and taking in all the wonderful smells. She can be quite the athlete, though, so a 6-foot privacy fence would be her dream setup. She'll also need to stay on leash anytime she's outside of a fenced area, as her recall isn't reliable and she's always ready to chase an exciting adventure.
