Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. Because Vale is shy, she also needs a welcoming resident dog who will help show her the ropes!Vale is Looking For: Her forever home! Vale is a sato - a dog from Puerto Rico. She is in her prime as a young dog and hasn't seen enough of the world - she's eager to get her own humans for sniffy walks and romps in parks and all the adventures her family can dream up. Making pup pals along the way would be great, as would going to dog school so she can show how super smart she is.
Most of all, though, she wants to know where she belongs, to be safe and loved all her days. In exchange she promises so much love and loyalty. What do you say? Can you see her by your side?
