Duke is an adorable 6-month-old pup with lots of energy, plenty of personality, and a smart little mind! He’s an all-puppy kind of guy who loves to play and would thrive with a dog-savvy family willing to continue his training and give him the exercise and structure he needs.

Another playful dog in the home could be a wonderful match for Duke and help him burn off some of that puppy energy. A fenced-in yard would be amazing, too!

Sadly, Duke has already been through a lot in his short life. He was adopted from a shelter, but the resident dog didn’t accept him. He was then given to another family, and just a few days later, Duke was found abandoned under a bridge. Despite everything, he is still a happy, energetic young pup who deserves a family that will finally make him part of their forever.

Duke is currently located in New Hampshire and available for a meet and greet.

Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.

If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.
