Meet Eva — 50 Pounds of Fluffy, Blue-Eyed Charm! Eva has never met a stranger—and frankly, she doesn’t see why she should start now! At about 1 year old, this gorgeous Husky mix is already rocking a beautiful cream-colored coat, striking blue eyes, and a personality as big as her puppy paws.

Eva hails from the Navajo Nation, which means she comes with that wonderful rez-dog mystery mix. We suspect there may be a little Shepherd and some Husky in there somewhere, but beyond that... your guess is as good as ours! Whatever her DNA says, the result is one smart, playful, energetic and ridiculously lovable pup.

Eva is outgoing like a golden retriever at a neighborhood block party—she assumes everyone came specifically to meet her. She loves giving doggie kisses, happily makes friends with other dogs, and is convinced that her approximately 50-pound body is perfectly appropriate for a lap.

She currently lives with several other dogs and is friendly, playful and social, so a canine playmate in her forever home would be a huge bonus. She loves having furry friends to romp with and would probably vote for a home where the phrase “go play!” is heard frequently.

Like most young pups, Eva is still a work in progress. She is learning her leash-walking skills and continuing to work on house training. Her future family should be ready to provide some patience, consistency, positive reinforcement and plenty of opportunities to practice. She’s smart and eager to learn, so we expect that with the right guidance, this girl will be an absolute superstar.

At around 50 pounds and a year old, she might fill out a little but shouldn't get too much bigger. She’s got the looks, the brains, the energy and the personality—and she’s now looking for a family ready to help her grow into the wonderful adult dog she’s destined to become.
