Little Geo was evidently dumped and a kind person scooped him off. No one came looking for him. He is so adorable and right now smaller than a windex bottle. He is super sweet and so adorable. He is thought to be about 2 months old. Cody's does not adopt puppies into apartments under 6 months of age.
