DESCRIPTION
Buddy is neutered and fully healthy! They are up to date on vaccines. They are also microchipped!
Mostly Housebroken: Has good house manners but may have an occasional accident while adjusting to a new home.
Working on Crate Training: Learning that the crate is a safe, positive space with continued practice. May bark while settling down after being left alone.
Mostly Leash Trained: Has good leash manners but may occasionally pull or get distracted.
Dog Friendly: Gets along with other dogs and may enjoy having a canine companion.
Unsure with Cats: Has not been tested with cats, so their compatibility is unknown. We would recommend a slow introduction with a way to separate the home for each pet.
Likely Kid Friendly: Has shown positive signs around children but may need a gradual introduction to younger family members.
One look in those sweet, soulful eyes and Buddy will have you smitten! Buddy is naturally just the sweetest guy, that's the only way to describe him. He loves to be where the party is at (aka where his human or dog friends are), playing fetch and tug with his stuffies, making new human and canine friends, going on walks where he no doubt will be the talk of the town!
This pet has not been DNA tested, we are unsure of their actual breed makeup, but these are the breeds we think they look like!
Buddy's adoption fee is $300, and this handsome boy can't wait to meet you!

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The shepherd dog breed encompasses a versatile group known for their intelligence, loyalty, and strong work ethic. With a heritage deeply rooted in herding and protecting livestock, shepherds excel at various tasks ranging from obedience and agility competitions to search and rescue missions. Their protective nature makes them excellent family pets, offering unwavering devotion and a natural instinct to watch over and care for their loved ones. In addition to their remarkable abilities, shepherds are often characterized by their distinctive appearance, including a sturdy build, alert expression, and a signature double coat that provides insulation and protection in various climates.
