Meet Acorn
Acorn recently arrived in Wisconsin from a kill shelter in Georgia, where he came into the shelter as part of a neglect and domestic violence case. His previous owner was forced to surrender a litter of eight puppies, and Acorn and his siblings are now getting the chance to start over and find loving forever homes.
Acorn is an adorable brindle boy who is around 4 months old and weighs approximately 20 pounds. He is a super friendly, happy, and playful puppy with a sweet and easygoing personality. Acorn is currently being fostered in Grafton with two of his siblings and several other dogs, and he is doing wonderfully in his foster home.
Like any young puppy, Acorn is still learning about the world around him. He is discovering all the fun things that come with being a puppy, including learning about toys, playing with his foster siblings, and figuring out all the rules of life in a home. He is working on potty training, crate training, leash manners, and learning his puppy commands. He will need a family who is ready to continue his training and provide the patience, consistency, and guidance he needs as he grows.
Acorn is a happy, friendly boy who loves being around people and is always ready to join in on the fun. He has a wonderful puppy personality and is sure to bring plenty of love, laughs, and puppy antics to his forever family.
