Marv - Sheepadoodle Dog for Adoption in Coeur D'alene, Idaho

Marv is a BIG Doodle. I believe him to be a Sheepadoodle (Old English Sheepdog/St Poodle) I included a photo of one at the end for reference. He is a big boned, heavy framed neutered male, weighing 90#s. That said, he is a gentle, kind and very "soft" boy. He gets along with other dogs well, but doesn't like to be rough housed or jumped on. I believe him to be an older gentleman, in the 5-6yr range. He has a super thick, heavy wiry, wavy double coat. I've seen and worked on this type of coat before on known breed client dogs. And his coat matches theirs (Sheepadoodles) He will require regular professional grooming and this can get expensive. Often breeders don't tell people this!! A Doodle his size and coat type will require every 6-8weeks and in our area, that runs $85-$125 depending on your groomer.
He is house broken, comfortable in a crate, not a chewer or digger, or barker! He is a perfect gentleman and would make an excellent addition to a slower paced, more laid back family home that appreciates a LARGE dog. He is fine with cats and chickens!
