Meet Kloudy!
Kloudy is an 8-year-old Schnauzer with a big personality packed into a small package. After spending his life as a breeder dog, he's learning what it means to be a cherished family member—and he's making great progress every day.
Kloudy is mostly house trained and happily uses a doggy door to go outside for potty breaks and playtime. In a home without a doggy door, he'll need a patient adopter who can help him learn how to communicate when he needs to go out. He enjoys the company of other dogs of all sizes and loves curling up with feline friends for a cozy nap.
One of Kloudy's favorite things is relaxing on a soft bed or snuggling in a lap after playtime. With only four teeth remaining, he does best with soft food, though he'll occasionally snack on kibble. He's also quite the conversationalist and always seems to have an opinion to share about what's happening around him!
Kloudy can be timid when meeting new people and needs time to build trust. Once he feels comfortable, his sweet personality shines through. He has shown a strong preference for calm adults and older children and would do best in a quieter home without young kids. Because of his breeder background, he would thrive with a confident canine companion to help show him the ropes, though he could also succeed as an only dog with a patient adopter.
