Are you looking for a pint-sized lap warmer with eyebrows for days and and endless love to give? Then you don't need to look any further! My name is Henrick and I am an adorable 8 year old cuddlebug who will keep you company every minute of the day that I can. I was saved from a municipal shelter by ARNO and have been recovering from pneumonia, malnutrition, and a surgical infection to top it all off! As I have healed, my energy has come back full force and so has my appetite! I've gained over a pound since being in ARNO's care, which is a lot for a 10lb pup like me! I'm fully house trained and crate trained and I've done great with both the dogs and cat in my foster home. I can be a bit barky when it comes to guarding my house and my people but I'm not aggressive at all. I love sunbathing and cozying up to any lap that's available. I also like to go on walks (I do well on leash) and play with my foster brother and our squeaky toys! I need some work on training and recall before I can be off leash (I like to wander) and would definitely benefit from a fenced in yard because I love to hang out in the sun and be outside! If you're looking for a handsome guy with a full beard and adorable underbite to give you all the cuddles then you've found the one! **Note: Our shelter is open by scheduled appointment only after your application is approved. One of ARNO's volunteer adoption counselors will be in contact with you to notify you of your approval status as well as arrange that appointment. Please see the link above to apply.

Adoption Fees:

Dogs:

Puppies under 1 year - $300-$350
Adult dogs (1 - 7 years) - $250
Seniors (8 years and older) - $200
Bulldogs, Standard Poodles and Dachshunds $350


Cats:

Adults (1 year and older) - 1 for $125 / 2 for $200
Kittens (under 1 year) - 1 for $175 / 2 for $225

For all animals that have not been spayed or neutered a $100 deposit will be required in addition to the adoption fee. The deposit is refundable upon completion of the spay / neuter surgery.
