Theo - Schnauzer and Wirehaired Terrier Dog for Adoption in Austin, Texas

Theo was found as a stray wandering alone in a rural town. A kind person saw him and asked us for help. He was very skinny, but sweet from the day we met him. We were able to save him because one of our fosters agreed to bring him into her home. Theo has completed his veterinary care, so he is ready to find his forever person!

Theo is a very cuddly and affectionate boy. He has a playful personality but he will also just hang out with people. He is a true lap dog and is happy to be snuggled in a comfy blanket. Theo likes to go for walks and play with toys. He is has been with children as young as 7, and he was gentle with them. He is house trained and leash trained.

Theo is 8 months old, and he weighs 12 pounds. We think he is a Schnauzer and Wire Hair Terrier mix.

Theo is neutered, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. He is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
