Barney was found near a horse ranch looking for food in a rural town. Someone in the community saw him and asked us for help. A foster agreed to bring Barney into her home, so we were able to save him. He has been in our program for a month, and he has completed his veterinary care. We hope someone will see him and fall in love.
Barney is a very sweet boy, and he likes to be held. He likes to play with other dogs and cats too. He loves kids and has been with children as young as 6. He is learning how to walk on a leash, and he is almost house trained.
Barney is 3 months old and weighs 15 pounds. We think he is a Lab mix. He is neutered, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. He is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
Barney can arrive in Arlington, Washington on 8/29. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the application found here: https://throwadogabone.org/adopt.
