Meet Bruno

Bruno is a handsome 4-year-old boy looking for a fresh start and a family to call his own.

Bruno is a friendly, gentle dog who truly enjoys being around people. He loves having someone nearby and is content to simply lie down and relax in your company. Despite everything he has recently been through, he has shown himself to be calm, affectionate, and eager for human companionship.

Bruno appears to have spent much of his life indoors, but he has thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside in the yard. He walks on a leash but will benefit from some additional training. He does not currently seem to know basic commands or consistently respond to his name, so his future family should be prepared to provide patience, guidance, and positive reinforcement as he settles into his new life.

Bruno has been around young children a small amount and was polite and gentle, mostly choosing to ignore them and go about his business. He does not jump on people and has shown a sweet, easygoing personality. While he appears curious about other dogs, his current caretakers have not introduced him to their pets due to his vaccination status, so we are unable to say how he would do with other dogs at this time.

Brunos story is one of resilience. When his owner became homeless, Bruno was about to be surrendered to a shelter where he was facing euthanasia. Thankfully, a compassionate family stepped in and saved his life. Unfortunately, they are unable to keep him long-term and are now hoping to find him the loving forever home he deserves.

Bruno is currently intact and is not up to date on vaccinations.
