Meet Evie Mae!

They say that the strongest souls often carry the most difficult stories.

Evie Mae's journey to us was far from easy. She was found abandoned in a rough neighborhood alongside a male companion we unfortunately weren't able to rescue. For days, she was trapped within the fencing of a local flea market, braving the sweltering heat until we could finally bring her to safety. While we may never know the full extent of her past, the faint, permanent scar circling her snout tells a quiet story of a time when she wasn't treated with the kindness she so clearly deserves.

Despite everything she has endured, she has emerged as one of the gentlest, most affectionate souls you will ever meet. She doesn't hold a grudge; she only holds love. Evie Mae is a master of simple joys. She absolutely lives for leisurely walks, loves the excitement of a car ride with the wind in her fur, and is happiest simply being in your presence. Whether you are working at your desk or relaxing on the couch, her favorite place to be is right by your side.

We are searching for a special person, a loving soul just like hers, who understands that the best things in life take a little time, a lot of patience, and an endless supply of belly rubs.

Evie is a young adult, about 2-3 years of age. She weighs 55lbs.
