All hail Sonora, queen of the Southwestern Pups crew! She may be small, but she is MIGHTY, and every pup in the crew knows it.

Named for the desert, Sonora wears it beautifully. Her warm, sunset-gold coat glows like golden hour in the Southwest, finished off with a signature pink freckle on her nose, because every queen needs a beauty mark Her brother is a big boy, but, based on her itty bitty paws and petite frame, we don’t think she’ll get very big. What she lacks in size she makes up for in heart.

Like the desert after a rain, Sonora takes a little time to bloom. She’s shy and slow to trust new people, but once she does, you’ll meet the sweetest, happiest, most LUVing little lady around. She’ll shower you with kisses and wants nothing more than to be wherever you are. Bathroom, kitchen, couch... this girl will be your shadow.

She’s house and potty trained, and she’ll even let you know when she needs to go out. She’s great with people, kids, and dogs.

Sonora is part of the Southwestern Crew who came to us from an unhoused desert encampment in Perris, CA. She and her sister, plus 3 other pups traded in the desert life for couch cuddles and greek yogurt (a favorite treat!).
