Phil, aka Felipe, is the smallest of our Grateful Dogs pack! This skinny little Pug is the lean, seemingly quiet one in the group, but give him a minute and his personality comes shining through. He is full of hidden talent, playfulness and heart—a little guy who proves you should never underestimate the runt of the litter.
