Monkey - Rat Terrier Dog for Adoption in Larkfield-wikiup, California

Our shelter friends reached out about some sad, neglected, little hoarder dogs in need and we went and scooped up three of them. They are all scared with bad skin and lack of care, but warming up quickly and very sweet as soon as they feel safe.

This adorable little mug is probably a couple of years old and weighs just ten pounds. His sweet demeanor and pouty underbite, along with his rough shape and missing hair, made us say yet immediately. He needs some Dogwood love.

The shelter staff has taken wonderful care of these dogs. They got them out of a sad, flea infested, hoarding situation, started treatment for their ailments, did vaccinations, treated fleas and worms and saw the vet. They had soft blankets to sleep on and staff worked hard to help them feel safe.

Monkey will be available after neuter and vetting.
