Hi!
My name is Luffy (pronounced Loofy) and I am a year old!
Unfortunately, I had a really rough and tragic start at life but my foster parents said I never have to worry about that again!
I love living inside and always knowing when I'm going to get my next meal.
My foster parents sure do like to kiss me a lot but I don't mind!
And I love sleeping in the big bed with my foster siblings.
The doctor said my hip is dislocated but I'm going to get all fixed up so I'll be as good as new!
Or close enough.
I sure am happy to be off of the streets, thanks to PugHearts!
