April is thought to be around 10 to 12 years old. April was found at the Family Dollar on Canal Street in Nelsonville. She has been to the vet and was determined to be blind. We think she is hearing impaired also. April currently weighs 14.4 pounds and is just the sweetest dog. Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.

Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay or neuter (ARRIVED 5/10/26)
